Perspective Primer (Sat2-7 JUN10-JUL15) [SkipJul1]
This is a foundational perspective course for those of you who want to get a better grasp of perspective or refresh it for your daily professional use. We will be covering applicable perspective so that you can take what you learn and put it into use. Our intensive perspective workshop will be (5) 5-hour sessions that will cover the basics of 1,2,3-point perspective, scaling proportion in space, as well as a full understanding of ellipses. Students will be able to take away an ability to generate efficient and accurate 3-D forms on a 2-D medium.

Each class will include Live Demo + Critique session + In-class Exercises

Required materials [Traditional]:
Basic supplies: Copy paper (8.5x11) single sheets (bright white preferred), Canson marker paper, Ball point pen (black), Zebra airfit 0.7 or Zebra F-301
Additional supplies: Straight edge ruler, 30/60 Triangle, 45/45 Triangle, circle template, small ellipse guide set -picket ellipse guide no. 1224 (set of 15) 10 °–80°

*Perspective Primer is the recommended prerequisite for upcoming design courses that will build off of this structure.
